Pera Palas Hotel is a rokoko style building of 1892, built in order to host the passengers of the Orient Express, designed by the French architect Valoury, which was renovated keeping all the valuable and unique furniture in the original form. The Pera Palace was built for the purpose of hosting the passengers of the Orient Express. The Hotel, which has entertained kings, queens, statesmen! and artists from all over the world since its establishment, is still maintaining the tradition of hosting its famous guests after its restoration in 1974 after which all the valuable and unique memorabilia remains in its original form.
